The latest programme of walks in and around Carlisle organised by the City Council has just been published.
Events will take place most weeks between August and December 2011.
The programme is growing in success and has received Walking for Health Initiative (WfH) Accreditation.
Note : Some of the walks are suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs
